How long does Pre-Orders take?

  1. Order Processing & Assembly
    After your order is confirmed, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete the assembly of your custom watch including shipping of parts. This includes a 7-10 days shipments of parts + 7-day assembly period to ensure all elements meet our high-quality standards.

2. Shipping Time
Once assembled, your watch will be mailed out. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days within Singapore. Pick-Up will also be available.

3. Order Updates
Currently, we are unable to provide real-time order status updates. However, we are actively working on a solution to keep you informed of your order progress in the future.

How do I adjust the bracelet/time & date?

My watch is faulty/damaged. What do I do?

Faulty or Damaged Watch Process

    Take a close look at your watch to understand the issue. Whether it’s a functional defect or physical damage, make note of it.

Gather details, including your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos of the problem will also help us understand the issue better.

Is there a Refund/Warranty Policy?

Please note that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer support team at kuramodification@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.

  • Return the Item: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

  • Exchange Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, we will process the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact item is not available, we will offer a similar product of equal value.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
